Julie L. Horton, Ph.D. is a Research Associate at Burdock Group, the leading food-safety consulting firm, headquartered in Orlando, FL. Dr. Horton has over seven years of experience in pre-clinical metabolic research and genetic engineering. Her credentials include two bachelor’s degrees, one in Microbiology and Molecular Biology and another in Biotechnology, as well as a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida.
