Carrie Kennedy, PMP, RAC, is a project manager at Burdock Group, the leading food safety consulting firm, headquartered in Orlando, FL. Ms. Kennedy graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Chemistry and a commission as a U.S. Army Chemical Officer. She is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the recipient of numerous military awards, including the Bronze Star. She has more than ten years of experience in federally-regulated personnel and project management. Ms. Kennedy’s military experience includes operations management, force protection and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRN-E) remediation and restoration. Her civilian experience includes FDA-regulated in-vitro diagnostics and laboratory instrumentation, as well as foods, dietary supplements, personal care products, pet food and animal feed. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute and a Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS).
