Brittney J. Estrada, MS is a Research Associate at Burdock Group, the leading food-safety consulting firm, headquartered in Orlando, FL. Mrs. Estrada received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences-Pharmacology / Toxicology and a Master of Education at the University of Toledo. Upon graduating, her manuscript was chosen for publication through the University of Toledo. Brittney has researched Huntington’s disease in a pharmacology laboratory at the University of Toledo Health Science Campus. She also taught 6th through 12th grade for 3 years at Paul T. Albert Memorial School in a small coastal village called Tununak, Alaska. She has experience teaching a range of subjects including, but not limited to biology, chemistry, physical science, forensic science, earth science, and health.
